Regardless of your shape or size, you can enjoy an active lifestyle in comfort. Think of a great-performing sports bra just like you would a pair of running shoes-essential equipment to help you perform your best.

When trying on your Moving comfort bra, put the bra to test by mimicking the activity you plan on doing. Try jumping jacks, arm circles, twists and running in place. If you have to adjust the bra during these activities, the bra might not b the right fit.

No Bras should celebrate a birthday. Depending on how often you wear your sports bra, it should be replaced every 6-12 months. The ultimate sports bra wardrobe would have three bras in rotation-one on your body, one in the wash and one hanging to dry.

Because the build up of dirt, sweat and bacteria breaks down the fabric, Moving Comfort recommends you wash your sports bra after every 1-3 wears.
